Every TRU Living resident is required to have renter’s insurance. This covers your liability and contents while you live with us and provides you with peace of mind.
TRU uses an online resident management system called AppFolio. Through AppFolio, residents are able to pay rent, check their account balance and submit maintenance requests.
When signing a lease, here are some things you’ll need:
• A form of identification - Valid U.S. driver’s license or passport
• A payment method for the deposit - Check, money order or credit/debit card (service fee may apply)
• If you need parking, have your car’s information ready - Car’s make, model, year, color, and license plate number
